Summary: It was a good location, off I-43 and on the river with close access to parks and Bayshore Mall (upscale stores and restaurants). The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely patio in the back. The downside was a lumpy bed, too much light coming in the windows at night which could not be blocked by the curtains, and cheap paper products (1-ply tissues and toilet paper). Bathroom space was tight (door almost meets the stool) and the shower water pressure was weak. The restaurant/bar is no longer open aside from breakfast service, which was very sparse. I believe there might be renovations planned, but until some upgrades occur, not sure I would stay there again if planning to spend much time on site.

Summary: Spent 2 night in different rooms. Both rooms had significant problems. Stuck bathroom door, ac leaking water on the floor. Mildew in both bathrooms. Hotel in poor condition

Summary: It was a nice neighborhood. Everything felt pretty close by. Our room was good, I think it could have been more clean. But it was nice. Breakfast wasn’t included for us but the buffet was good. Overall, I think it’s a decent hotel

Summary: Check-in was smooth & the front desk agent was very pleasant. Beds were your average hotel beds, decently comfortable. The water in the shower took forever to warm up & water pressure was so-so. When we got back after attending an event, the room key wouldn't work so we went to the front desk to get a new one. The agent asked for my name & room number (anybody could hear it & follow us to the room), but did not verify my identity by asking for my ID. This is very dangerous as I could have been anyone trying to gain access to the room. The pool was cold, and there were small children literally belly flopping into the hot tub. Checkout was as smooth as check-in, and that agent was pleasant as well. Overall, I expected a little more from a Holiday Inn. I likely will not return to this location.

Summary: Nice bedding, tv. Pool area dirty, no towels, mildew buildup in the hot tub. Restaurant permanently closed, no shuttle service, the van was rusted out and had an expired license plate. Front desk personnel not at all cordial. Nothing near the hotel to do, restaurants > 1.5 miles away.

Summary: As soon as you walked in the hotel it smelled not good.Person at the front desk talking on phone with a personal call and very unprofessional. Bathrooms were small and not updated. The amount we paid for the hotel breakfast should have been included and not have to pay extra for breakfast. Will not stay here again.
